If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, return unused, with
all original tags attached and in a re-saleable condition, within 7 days for a
full refund or exchange.
We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does
not affect your statutory rights. Please note in the case of items where it
states colours may vary, we do not pay for carriage to return items because the
colour is not suitable. If you wish to return any items, please use the returns
slip found on the reverse side of your despatch note.
You are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by
ourselves. We therefore recommend returning items (especially expensive ones) to
use an insured method of postage such as recorded delivery that will require a
signature by us. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of
posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is
made by the post office for this service.
Please note that refunds can take up to 28 days, but we will always endeavour to proccess any refunds as soon as possible.
You cannot cancel your
order if the goods that you have ordered are perishable or where the goods
are affected by matters of hygiene (e.g. earrings, underwear, etc);
Save where above applies, you may cancel your order with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 7th working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty.
To cancel your order you must notify us in writing.
Where your right to cancel applies, should you receive the goods before you cancel your order then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery then you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible;
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum paid to us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

By adding your contact details, we will let you know periodically when new
styles become available.
Our Stock
We sell only New Stock that has been bought for our high street stores or for the
website itself. We only buy current season stock from our suppliers. Our prices
reflect the retail prices of our high street stores. We do not sell Factory
seconds. We do not purchase any of our stock through channels other than that
recommended by the Designer in question. Items marked ‘Sale’ reduced are due to
seasonal sales in store, as we keep store and website prices the same
Fit
You will find a description of size attached to each item As we deal with a
multitude of different brands, there are in turn many different sizing methods.
The same sizing method can in some instances also vary from brand to brand. We
will provide as much information in the individual product description for any
variation in sizing. If you are unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase
you may return the item, or exchange it for a different size if available.

In order to make your shopping experience with us as secure as possible, it will
be necessary for you to logon to become a new customer. The login button is in
the top right of the main website. Follow the instructions on that page and
should you forget your password, this can be e-mailed to you.
Stock on the site
Whilst every effort is made to keep the stock on the site accurate, it is
possible that an article you had been interested in earlier is no longer
available. If you are interested in a piece of stock that has become
unavailable, it may be that it is in another person’s ‘basket’ which they may
not choose to keep so it is always worth looking back at the site later.

available, which goes out of stock, has been returned to us and can once again
