Shipping Methods & Costs
UK SHIPPING
- All orders over £100 will be shipped free of charge for a standard delivery (2-3 days).
- Any order below £100 will be charged at £5.95 for a standard delivery (2-3 days).
- For all orders requiring next day delivery before 12pm a charge of £14.95 will be added to your purchase total. For next day delivery orders must be received by 11.30am. Please note Next Day Delivery is only available Monday-Thursday.
- All orders received after 11.30am on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- All orders are shipped using DHL Courier Service and will require a signature on receipt of goods.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
- All orders for overseas will be shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For and charged at a standard rate of £25.
- International orders may be subject to Import Duty on arrival into the country of destination, we cannot be held responsible for these charges.
- Please be aware that Royal Mail International Signed For can take up to 7 days for delivery and occasionally there may be circumstances out of our control that may delay it further.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return unused with all the original tags attached and in a re-saleable condition, within 7 days of receipt of goods for a full refund.
Please ensure the returns slip provided is included with the goods.
Please note that refunds can take up to 28 days, but we will always endeavour to process any refunds as soon as possible.
